Only hired people can stay.

The use of the house should be normal, without altering any component.

ENTRY
The entrance to the house will be at the moment that it is clean and prepared, between 12:30 and 14:30,

DEPARTURE
The maximum time of departure at 11:00

CANCELLATIONS
At any time, the user may withdraw from the contracted services, having the right to the refund of the amounts that he had paid and compensating the establishment for the amounts indicated below: The amount of the compensation will be the result of applying the following percentages to the amount of the advance required.

25% of the total value of the reservation will always be counted as a signal

 

Minimum management fee for cancellation € 75

 

30% of the signal if done more than 60 days in advance.

50% of the signal if done 60 or less days and more than 45.

100% of the signal when done 45 or less days in advance.
